Credits and payment - Videos are bought in one-time packs of 1, 3 or 7 videos. There is no subscription. Your balance is kept as credits, 100 per video, and each video you make uses 100 credits. - Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe, our payment provider. Taxes may be added where they apply. - Credits **do not expire**. Your photos You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you took them or have the right to use them, and that **every person shown has agreed** to appear in an AI video. Your videos You may download your videos and share them for personal, non-commercial use, such as on your own social media. Each video is built on a short party clip and keeps its sound; we do not grant you any rights in the song "BbY WOW" or any other music, or in any artist's or person's name or likeness. If a platform mutes or limits the sound, use its licensed sound library instead. You are responsible for how you use your videos and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including labelling AI-generated content. Videos are stored in your account for **30 days or 1 year**, based on the largest pack you have bought (30 days with the 1 Video pack, 1 year once you have bought 3 or 7 videos), and are then no longer accessible. Any reminder we send is a courtesy; download the videos you want to keep. ## 6\. What you must not do - Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed, including celebrities, public figures and private people. - Upload photos of anyone under 18. - Make sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or use a video to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone. - Present a video as real footage in a way meant to mislead, including for fraud, scams or political manipulation. - Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. - Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around credits or limits. Last updated: October 21, 2026 ## Failed videos: credits back automatically If a video fails to generate or is not delivered, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us. ## Unused credit packs: money back within 7 days If you have **not used any credits** from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within **7 days of purchase**. Email [support@dimedimebaby.io](mailto:support@dimedimebaby.io) from the email address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. When the refund is made, the credits from that pack are removed from your account. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you use credits to start a video, you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused packs can be refunded within those 14 days. ## What is not refunded - **Credits used for a video that finished.** The generation cost has already been paid to our video provider.
